DATA AFFAIRS – Data management in ethnografic research

DATA AFFAIRS is a freely accessible platform that aims to provide students, (early career) researchers and teachers with an overview of research data management issues that arise when working with qualitative data in ethnographic research. The platform encourages a (critical) examination of the demands of Open Science, and supports the reflective and systematic handling of empirical, especially qualitative, research data. Illustrative examples and varying exercises invites the users to engage in interactive self-study. DATA AFFAIRS is developed by the Collaborative Research Centre 1171 Affective Societies at Freie Universität Berlin.
